NO CASH REFUNDS
We understand that things happen, items are incorrectly ordered or sometimes contain manufacturers’ defects. Our team can assist with a product exchange or credit note in accordance with the below policies:
Important: this return information applies only to orders placed and fulfilled online at blizzcoretechnologygy.com. If you purchased a product from one of our retail partners, you must contact them directly to process a return based on their return policy. Blizz Core Technology cannot accept or process any exchanges for products purchased elsewhere.
To be eligible for an exchange: Returned products, excluding products that have been found to be defective, must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:
- be in resalable condition, unsoiled and with no damage to the container, lid, seal or label.
- be unopened.
- be in the original packaging.
- be returned to Blizz Core Technology within 7 days of receipt.
If the product has been opened, Blizz Core Technology will only issue a refund if the product is found to be faulty/defective/inconsumable. You have 7 days to email us about it. The Quality Control team will inspect the product and compare it versus the retention sample before issuing the customer with a voucher code to the same amount of that of the product purchased initially. If the product has been opened and isn’t defective, it cannot be returned to Blizz Core Technology
Once your product is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify that your product has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your product exchange or credit offer. Once approved, an email will be sent notifying of such approval.

Products sold under promotional sales are not eligible for exchange or credit offer; all sales under promotional discounts are final.

Blizz Core Technology will not be responsible for paying the shipping costs incurred from returning a product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. If you receive a credit or an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be payable by the customer and not the responsibility of Blizz Core Technology Inc.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please note that returns can take between 7-10 business days to be received and processed, however, we will do our best to minimize any delay.
